Як справи? is the go-to "how are you?" in Ukrainian. Literally "how are affairs/things?" It's casual and warm. The formal version is Як ваші справи? (yak vashi spravy?) — "how are your affairs?" Common responses: Добре (dobre) = "good", Нормально (normalno) = "fine."
